The project

Founded in London in 1996, Accademia San Felice Ltd develops innovative and inspiring musical projects for young musicians and ensembles from around the world. Led by an experienced team of managers and performers with a wide network of partners across Europe, the Academy produces high-quality concerts, festivals, and collaborative artistic ventures.

Since its foundation, ASF Ltd has regularly promoted concerts and festivals throughout Europe. It has managed leading contemporary music ensembles, including San Felice Contempoensemble and FLAME | Florence Art Music Ensemble and curated landmark concert series in major venues such as the Royal Festival Hall (London) and the National Museum of Bargello and The Uffizi Gallery (Florence), Palau de la Musica Catalana (Barcelona), Sheldonian Theatre (Oxford), often featuring world-renowned artists and composers such as Heinz Holliger, Pierre Boulez, Salvatore Sciarrino, György Kurtág, William Kentridge, Roberto Fabbriciani, Michael Nyman, Beat Furrer, Erwin Wurm, Jannis Kounellis, Kammeroper Frankfurt, London Sinfonietta, Ensemble Intercontemporain, Klangforum Wien, etc. The organisation frequently invites soloists to perform with orchestras and ensembles, supporting the early careers of emerging musicians.

ASF Ltd has fostered numerous European collaborations and has received EU funding for large-scale initiatives such as the European Festivals Experience (with partners in France, Italy, and Latvia).

A non-profit organisation, ASF Ltd is dedicated to the performance, study, research, and production of music and art in all its forms. Its activities include organising concerts, festivals, cultural exchanges, and workshops; promoting and commissioning new works by living composers; and hosting exhibitions and seminars devoted to the arts and music. Above all, ASF Ltd aims to broaden musical horizons for people of all ages, with a special focus on classical and contemporary music.
